Thanks! I have to make mini goals so it keeps me motivated, otherwise I don't see the results and makes me want to quit and I can't, I have so much more to lose. I love that Machine! 3 mths ago- its my motivation right now to fit in that dress by the end of the month for a friends wedding that I'm going to. Last time I put it on it was a bit snug but by the end of the month it shouldn't be! 3 mths ago it was 3 sizes too small!

Get rid of them, they are a safety net for you and if you plan on pushing fwd and continue to lose you won't need them anymore and they will be too big and baggy on you! Getting rid of them will feel good b/c you'll be saying BYE BYE to those big clothes that you will never have to put on again!! Congrats on the loss BTW!

This is what Thin people say to Fat people just to make them feel better for not losing weight when they have been working hard, lol. I get that all the time and I just let it go when they say it, I know I didn't push myself as hard as I did the week before when I lost.

Make sure that you are pushing off of your heels and not the balls of your feet. I've been using the Arc ever since I signed up with the trainer at my PF and love it, its the only one I use for cardio.
