I use this website also, Love all the recipes on there so far and I am so going to try all of your ideas on here! I need to switch it up from our normal, which is .. Chicken diced up, sauteed in a lil bit of EVOO and then once cooked throw in zucchini, squash, and mushrooms with some teriyaki sauce. It is fab!!

My trainer at the gym told me not to trust the machine, as far as your burn and mine, I weigh alot diff and my HR is normally above 160, I do a lil over 2 miles for 45 mins, the Machine tells me I burned 400 cals, and thats when I don't put in my age and weight, I have yet to test it to see what it would be if I did put in…

Yes, MFP burned cals is correct, I don't input my weight on the machine at the gym and it tells me I burned 400 for 45 mins on the elip, and then when I put in the info on MFP its about double! Go with the MFP! Also when my weight changes the burn cals change.

I have a 100 cal thomas english muffin with natural pb (tbsp each side or less), if you let the muffin cool down then the pb won't melt, I eat that pretty much every day with my coffee.

To the question about the calorie goals.... when you first started this it should have asked how much you wanted to lose a week, the cal goal that it gives u per day is the allowed cal's. From what I've been told, you have to at LEAST eat those cal's to lose those pounds per week. It's ok to be a lil under the goal but if…
