I'm 5'11" as well! I am about 4 months into my weight loss, 40lbs down, but still have a lot more to go. First goal is to be at 175, but might try for more once I reach that. :) Love all the before and after pictures ladies!

I always put mine at 10-20 lbs under my weight, but now I am 3 pounds under the weight on mine! YAY! :D

You have to build up your strength and stamina, It takes time. Start out slow and work a little harder each time. It will eventually get easier. It's called 'Working" out because it is, 'work'! It wouldn't be effective if it was easy.

I have PCOS as well. I was diagnosed with it about 6 years ago. I've been able to have success before in weight loss by treating it with metformin to regulate the insulin rejection. But without exercise and a proper diet it's a pretty nasty disorder that causes more problems and more weight gain when you gain more weight.…
