Hey you! Have you tried talking to him about it? I know I struggle too when Elijah eats unhealthy, or sits around and snacks. It's gotten to the point where we just don't buy anything unhealthy anymore, and if there is something he wants, he can eat it at work. Though he is trying to eat better. You could also try making a…

Amazing! You look so gorgeous & sexy! I wish I had the body to wear that suit! My son is also on the spectrum, and not only do I want to, but I need to lose the weight to keep up with him! I am definitely an emotional eater, and have struggled to stay away from the bad foods & over eating while going through all different…

Okay, I didn't realize you need the caffeine. I wouldn't try it myself anyways. I know that they use molasses for enemas on children to help with constipation, so who knows what else you can use. But I agree with the others about checking with a Dr. before (if you haven't already). You can't believe everything you hear on…

Could you use decaffeinated coffee?

Thank you, that is nice to hear. I can't say it isn't tough. But I know it's harder on him than anyone. The hardest part of being a parent to a child who is considered different or not "normal" (I hate that word, because come on, what is normal anyways?) is the judgment from other people. Being a parent makes you naturally…

I was just stating that they call it by other names, not trying to be rude or anything. My son is 3 now. He had 3 brain surgeries at 10 months old and has also been diagnosed with a mild form of autism. He also has a speech delay. We work with a lot of professionals on trying to find ways to best help him. We are very…

My son is, but they call it a sensory processing disorder here. Very sensitive to food textures and likes to touch everything he can to feel all different types of textures. Also very sensitive to noises, lights, large groups of people and touch.

It says "Peace Love Happiness" in Kanji It's only 1 of my 5 tattoo's. I also plan on getting a half sleeve done once I reach my weight loss goal.

It depends on your height, and body structure as well. Someone who is shorter can wear a smaller size but still be at the same BMI as someone who is taller at a bigger size. Also a 12 in juniors will be smaller than a 12 in women's and so on.

Wooohooo! Great job!

I've lost 50 lbs and still have about 70-80 more to go. So I'm close to the same total loss that you want. :D

Welcome back! Feel free to add me if you'd like. I can use more support and love to support all my friends!

AMAZING! You are so beautiful! WTG!

It really depends on your muscle mass. I tried to do c25k twice, took a couple week break in between, and I could only get about a 1 1/2 weeks into it and would get shin splints, and found out I got stress fractures from it. I saw a sports medicine Dr, who advised to start walking first, as fast as you can, and do that…

I'm glad that you don't let this get to you. I used to have a hard time running in public (worried about what people would think) but now that I have a leg injury I wish I could be out there. I think the people who make these comments are the people that probably can't run more than a min. and are probably jealous. Just…

Black Coffee is actually a natural laxitive. It shouldn't be causing constipation. It helps me every morning! :/

I started at 296, 5 & 1/2 months in and down 46 lbs. I was losing 2.5 lbs a week, but hurt my leg and it's slowed down the weight loss. I am still extremely motivated. Aiming for a half marathon in April and Ragnar in June!! I can't wait!

I have a brindle pitt / black lab mix. He's huge, but such a teddy bear, and he thinks he's a lap dog. My SIL also has 4 pits. We love them. :D

I say live with your parents as long as you can! Save up money to go towards buying your own home and work on paying off all your debt before you leave. It may not sound ideal to stay with your parents, but once you have a mortgage, car payments, credit card debt, and so on, you'll wish you had. Just my opinion.

You look amazing! Good job!

Good job! Looks really good, I bet it felt so great to get rid of the excess skin. Keep up the good work!

My hubby didn't believe my weight either. Being 5'11" - I have more area to hide more weight. Most people don't believe that I really have so much weight to lose, and think that I will be skin and bone after.

I know my husband loves me at any weight. We were friends before I gained the weight, got married when I was heavy, and loved me when I gained more weight through my pregnancy and after when our son was having medical issues. He supports me in losing weight, because he knows I would feel better physically and mentally. And…
