Thanks! I just started yesterday not eating my exercise calories. To be honest, that thought had never occured to me until I read it on here a couple days ago!

I have an elliptical that I do a couple times a week for 25-30min at a time. I try to walk 3 times a week on top of that. When I don't do the elliptical I do some Jillian Michaels cardio DVDs. About twice I week I will do strength training.

I started doing some different workouts this last Monday. I will weigh in this Monday and see if it helped any.
