didn't know so many of us have this problem ! so from what i've gathered, i think it should just come off if we lean up & get rid of a little body fat by both cardio and core exercises :) thankyou all of your for that info! huge help.

yes, me too. swap food with exercise! as soon as you feel cravings, run to the door and go for a jog. you can't eat if you're not in the kitchen right? also, go to bed early or just rest and read a book, in your bedroom, OUT of the kitchen... do anything your into. computer games, knitting, homework, idk. or even go see a…

yeah i used to have corn every day but i totally cut that out cause it backed me up even more. i'll switch to wheat-free gluten-free bread, but i'll keep my 1/3 cup oatmeal for breakfast. and to everyone , i did not recently switch my diet to one high in fibre :)

i weight myself all the time. i'll get up in the morning and weigh myself, then pee and weight myself right after, in the evening , at night , it doesn't matter. i need to stop but i'm just being so impatient and curious with my weight! it's actually my parents' scale and i'm going to go buy one soon. :$
