  • Don't forget the hidden sugar - check food labels. Try not to have more than one portion of fruit at a time. Also remember, exercise burns sugar but exercise is only taken off total calories, not sugar.

  • Its the refined carbs such as white bread, cakes, biscuits that do the damage. If you cut out all carbs you will always be hungry.
