Just ran my first ever running race, was 6.8km finished in 35 minutes 10 seconds. 5k time was 25 minutes. Most I've ever run in the lead up to this was about 1.5km. Felt exhausted at the end but now I feel great and proud of myself. Looking forward to the next one. Matt

Congratulations, well done. I have done similar numbers to you, 11 weeks into my 12 week weight loss, down by 17kg (37lb ) today. I am 38 years old and have gone from 96kg down to 79kg. I have lost 16Kg in the past 10 weeks and have a sedentary lifestyle, at best I do 30 mins of walking in a week, normally nothing more than my every day office job. I have reduced my calories to between 1300 and 1400 per day, eating healthy and staying away from junk food.
