Hey guys, I just finished reading the book called Why We Get Fat by Gary Taubes, which convinced that I need to be keto. I also have a supportive doctor who advised me to read the book. I'm also looking for friends and looking forward to being healthier. I have close to 40lbs I'd like to lose as well.
