Incredible transformation! Thanks for sharing and inspiring!

Aside from MFP's terms of use, I would suggest that anyone under 18 should be consulting with his/her doctor before using MFP.

Amazing progress -- you look great! Keep it up!

As you look like you stepped out of the pages of the Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition, I don't think you have all that much to be concerned about.
-
Stunning success! You are now officially hot!

Huh? If your MFP goal is set for more than 1 lb/week, it's very unlikely that MFP will be suggesting you eat your BMR or highter. I'm set for 1.4 lb/week and my recommended daily total is 1,600 while my BMR is 1,847. That's how this all works...

There is no right answer for this. A serving size can be whatever you want it to be.

Hard to believe you are the same person as in the "before" pix. This is a monumental achievement!

This is a truly impressive accomplishment. Be very, very proud of yourself! You look a million times better. Keep up the good work!!

Good for you -- you look amazing! Great job!

Phenomenal progress! Keep up the good work!

I'm in total agreement with aa on all counts. I only count "real" workouts. Everything else will just be a bonus on the scale (or help compensate of any indiscretions). For example, I raked my lawn for over an hour today but didn't log it. When I hit the elliptical at the gym, I always log it. Bottom line: you have to find…

Why bother? MFP's algorithms work just fine. Just look around here.
