It's tough to do for some people -- I think it has a lot to do with your genes. As far as what is in your control, I've been told: lose weight, exercise and eath foods rich in Omega 3s.

I've been eating 88% -- good stuff!

I wouldn't trust an article posted by an FM station. I'd want more reliable evidence.
-
Very impressive -- congrats!

Banish it into the sewer system!

Happy birthday and contratulations! That is an inspiring achievement!

Try Smucker's Natural -- it's great. Also, this is a great way to get your fix without all the calories: http://www.bellplantation.com/

I'm proud of you and I don't even know you! Keep it up!

Strongly agree with this. Unless your doctor is telling you to avoid fruit b/c of the sugar content, the last thing you should be doing is avoiding fruit. I don't agree with WW's approach of "fruit is free", but you should eat several fruits each day. Just count the calories, and it will all work out.

Simply add sugar as one of your tracked "nutrients" here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings

Welcome! It's not terrible to exceed your calorie limit occasionally, but the stricter you are, the more successful you'll be. MFP really, really, really works. I've been here since the beginning of June, and have lost 44 pounds, more than half my goal. Learn how to eat healthy and meausure your food, and you'll do great.…

Save your money -- I like MFP a lot more than WW, and I've been more successful here.
-
MFP sets your fiber number too low, so if you go in the red, that's a good thing. Personally, I set my daily goal to 40, but usually exceed that too.

To add onto what others have said, when the numerator (top) is larger than the denominator (bottom), it's called an IMPROPER fraction. The name alone is a strong hint that you probably shouldn't leave it like that. Here is a GREAT website to help your kids with homework, or to help you help them: http://www.mathsisfun.com

#19 should be numbers 1, 2 and 3.
-
very nice progress -- keep it up!
-
The truth is, MFP is the easy way... Just look around you. Stay here, track and cap your calories, and you WILL successfully lose weight. It's very simple and very, very effective. Good luck!
-
very well done! congrats.
-
Congrats on your amazing success. Keep it up!
-
And my kids ask me "Why do I need to study this math? I'll never need it again!". Case closed.
-
Avoiding fruit is a terrible idea.
-
keep it up! nice work!
-
hmmm, with a flat belly like that, I wouldn't sweat one bad day... just get back on track and forget about it.

Nice! Keep up the great work!
