Have you tried the 30 Day Shred by Jillian? Its supposed to shock the body into letting go of the extra weight. There are 3-20 minute workouts on 3 different levels. It might help break that plateau

I"m in too. I finished day 3 of level one and I almost did all of the push ups!! But boy am I sore! I have a question though. Are we supposed to do each level for 10 days or just move up to the next level when the current one is getting too easy for us?
