Welcome:) Take it one day at a time. It is hard when you look at your food log, but it will get better; there will be days that you will do great and a time will come when night eating is a thing of the past. Feel Free to add me :)

It will take time, if you do it all at once you might not keep up with it. Every week try and stop one or two items with sugar, beleive me, its hard.The Brit in me :) I love my tea with milk and sugar and this will be one of my hardest (to stop using sugar!0 I did it this morning but had to drink my tea warm:(.
