I would say it is really low. You need calories for your body to function properly and you will end up throwing yourself into starvation mode. If you are not hungry, try a high cal/fat and protein punch food like almonds, or some peanutbutter. Good luck!! :)

Thanks Rachel...I usually burn about 600 to 800 cal 6 days a week, but only eat about 200 of them. Still new to this site so I need to see what works for me.

Welcome!! I just recently started on MFP and I love it so far. You can add me if you need extra support. Good luck!! :)

I was wondering the same thing. I think you need to eat some of them, especially if you work out hard. But certainly not all of them. Cal in and Cal out is how you lose weight.

I was doing WW online, but once I found this site I stopped using it. I like to see my actual calories/fat/fiber/carb and so on counts rather than just the points. I think it prepares you for better success when you are on your own and don't have points. Good luck!! :)

Looks yummy....thanks for sharing!! :)

I love going to the gym, and paying makes me go. Do you have anything like Fitness 19 or 24 Hour Fitness in you area? They are only about $15 a month and month to month so no contract if you decide you don't like it. The YMCA has reasonable prices to compared to the bigger clubs. Good luck!! :)

Ice cream and cookies!!

I wouldn't take a day off, but maybe switch up your intensity and time. Moderate cardio one day and high the next. Good luck!! :)

I am open to it...but have never had a personal experience. I like to watch the shows...even if they are fake. :)

You can add me if you like! I just got started with MFP, but have done Weight Watchers before. I too have Hypothyroidism, had it for the last 6yrs. Hang in there, it may be a slow process, but don't give up and stay consistant. :)

Does the treadmill not give you cal burned? When I enter in treadmill it also gives me way more that I am actually burning, I have to manually enter in what the treadmill says I burned. :)

This is exactly how I make my tea too. The baking soda takes out the bitterness. If you like it sweet, you can add the Splenda granules. :)
