Pumpkin Yogurt! 1/2 cup of Non-Fat Plain (or Vanilla) Yogurt 2 Tablespoons of Canned Pumpkin 1 pack of Stevia (or Splenda) 1 teaspoon of Pumpkin Spice (add 1/2 cup of granola for texture, extra calories, or preference) Total is 75 calories (215 with granola!)
