  • Hey don't worry about it. I binge on fruits and veggies all the time! It is better to binge on them than sweets any day. I eat almost 2000 cals a day. I think 1200 is way to little, I would never be able to feel full off of that, but that could be just me. lol I hope everything is going good for you!
  • You have to intake more calories (healthy calories) than you burn. 40% carbs (sweet potato's, brown rice, etc.) 40% protein (chicken, eggs, fish, etc) and 20% fats (almonds, walnuts, avocados, etc).   • You don't want to eat to few calories, because that can make your body go into starvation mode where it will hold on to everything. Make sure you feed your body enough in healthy calories. Don't cut out the healthy carbs, because that can mess up things. Eat balanced and exercise! Don't get discouraged. :smile:
  • Just because you gain a little doesn't mean its bad. You could just be gaining muscle. Muscle weighs heavier than fat. Don't get discouraged, all that matters is how your feel in your skin.,

  • Running is a great way to get rid of unwanted stomach fat and side handles. Any cardio 45min to and hour workout will do, because you really don't start burning a lot of fat until your about 30min into the workout. Eating healthy, and doing core strengthening exercises will tone the muscles.
