But... havent played for a little while before MOP, not great with new expansions don't like change but I have 8 lvl 85s all i400 and above... safe to say its probably better to avoid it ;) besides I loathe my server and all the people on it need to find a new one for all my girls
  • also a creature of habbit, i like what i like lost 32 lbs so far diet is balanced if i go out to resturant to eat i do change it up but have a nice routine going and it works well for me.

  • have lost 21.8lbs and barely any inches at all 7 weeks in, tbh it goes from where it wants to go and mfp only takes neck/waist/hips and for me i tend to lose weight off my bottom half before anything else so im not worrying, but it would be nice to see some changes, but it wil happen when it happens :)

  • I completely agree, and have tried a number of different things to address this and finally I have settled on porrage, it is a slow release which is good, I usually work out right after that and then have lunch afterwards and it sets me up for the day.

  • more of a guide than anything else, and I believe they use a very small electric current to measure resistance between point to point, hence the bare feet on individual plates....though I am completely willing to bow to somebody with actual knowledge rather than my own guess :)
