I love the elliptical! The first time you're on it you'll like turn purple & almost pass out LOL but once you get used to it .. it's awesome! it makes you feel like you're floating in a beautiful smooth motion :) you won't feel fat at all!

i HAVE TO AGREE.... Supersize me actually made me crave McDonalds.. that's no joke at all. But yes moderation is key :) But remember that these places have options... a salad from mcd's or a chillie from wendy's is not comparable to a bacon double delux combo :)
