I agree with you. Eating too many carbs. Bread is a big no no when trying to lose weight! Eat more lean proteins and healthy fats and drink a lot of water. Stay away from juices and sodas, instead get yourself a zero calorie flavourant if you don't like the taste of water :)

Helo :) I am doing something similar to the Keto diet and I consume 1100 calories a day. I only eat proteins, healthy fats and on workout days I will have some carbs. I sometimes struggle to consume all my calories as I find this way of eating really fills me up.
