I'd like to do this too. I'm fed up of yoyo dieting and recently I've just put more and more weight on. I'm the heaviest I've been since I had babies...and that was a long time ago, lol

if you're breastfeeding you need approximately 500 extra calories a day to maintain a good quality milk supply. You probably shouldn't try to diet as such, just try and eat healthy meals. etc. (P.S i'm a midwife)
