Hello everyone, I am so new to this, my name is Kim and I am from a little town in southern Illinois that if you blink you literally miss it. This is something new to try and I am one of those yo yo dieters, so we will see. I am ready to take my life back and get looking and feeling good. Any advice is GREATLY appreciated.
