Awesome! I used to have the same mentality of having to eat eerything. I can now happily leave half a plate and finish it off later. IF you stick the other half in a dogy bag or something and have it later. then thats 2 meals for £3 each! yes. im a tightwad :P

go on the food database, search for the food and theres a big green button saying "edit" or if you are in your food diary, search for the food, and above where you specify your serving size is a lik saying "nutritional info". It will ask you info is correct. click "no" then click "edit"

Remember its all member submitted stuff so some of it will be innaccurate. If its wrong you could always edit it. Thats my main problem, when I hit that plateau I lose motivation. leading to me yo-yoing on and off diets all the time. Im determined to stick with it this time though! I wish I could just kick PCOS right in th butt!

WIth PCOS you need to lower your carbs and sugars. Preferably sticking to a Low GI diet! Thats what helps me lose weight more than anything. ITs also the diet recommended by my Dietician that I was referred to when I was diagnosed with PCOS.

I know how yuo fel. My boyfriend wont eat anything he deems as "healthy" So I usually end up having to cook two seperate meals to kep us both happy.
