Just as a side note... I never agreed with his reasoning. I think it's stupid, esp with his work schedule IN the heat. I'm calling BS on parts of this list. I think when watching carbs, the list of what to eat vs not to eat is a personal preference. Some people don't like Atkins bars because they are high in saturated fats. Some people don't like all the "diet" foods because they are filled with aspartame. Some people have no issue doing…

I'm the opposite, I very rarely ever look at diaries. I don't know the persons situation and what their day entailed to openly comment on it. I don't know if they are low carbing, low-fatting, trying to bulk, etc.

The gym I used to go to had rolls of sanitizing wipes for the equipment. My current gym has rolls of brown paper towels that have poor absorption, and spray bottles. People think one spray on the towel is enough to sanitize the machine. Yuck!

There is a good chance that eating 1,200 and playing tennis as often as you do is just not enough food for your body. It may sound "crazy" but a lot of people on here will vouch for the "eat more, weigh less" maybe try upping it to 1,400?

It depends on the day, it depends on the work out, it all depends. I personally take each day as they come. I try to work out M-F, and I listen to my body. I eat when I am hungry, and don't eat when I'm not hungry. If I am under, cool, if I go over, it's not the end of the world. I try to look at calories in vs calories…

My toddler was constantly getting constipated (tmi alert) but almost instantly when I switched him to soy milk (Silk) he is fine.

My "Go To" Protein Shake is: 8oz almond Milk 1 Scoop protein powder 1/3 banana 1/4 c of pineapple 1 tbsp Shredded coconut I realize most may not have shredded coconut, so it's fine without =)
