Dont knock it till you try it. Shake weight has now been incorporated into Bokwa and believe me it works and its bloody hard going. And yes at the end of the session we all have a good laugh at the South Park rendition ;-)

I love swimming. I use it as part of cross training. I run, cycle and I do fitness classes. I was swimming a mile twice/three times a week but cut back due to half marathon training. My Garmin HR readings are pretty accurate calories wise with Endomondo. Still cant get anything I load to show up in MFP though. Obviously I am being a bit dim on this :-)
