I will assume she didn't specifically say YOU are old so you are the one who assumed you would not fall into the "young" category.

I started in January 2012 at 177. Middle picture should say March 2012, and I am now at 156. Still a work in progress!

@difumano...You already gave your age (and Wow you don't look it!) ~ love the mysterious smile!

I started in January at 177 and joined weight watchers, my goal being 140 and I will see how I feel there. I lost 23 pounds from Jan to end of March then lost focus and stopped doing ww. After a couple months off track, I am losing again. I try to make healthy food choices for the majority of my meals and keeping my…

If you keep looking, eventually you will find it! Don't give up!

I lost over 20 pounds doing weight watchers. Some people choose to eat the same crap they always have and they will either get limited results, like your co-worker, or they will regain it all eventually. Weight watchers system does allow freedom of choice but encourages a healthier lifestyle. Unfortunately a lot of people…

My friend swears by a scrub made of coffee grounds (used or not) and grapeseed oil. She says she scrubs her legs with it for a minute each day in the shower and then rinses it off, her legs do look great! Good Luck!

I like #1!

I try to do both. I don't lose weight unless I cut out the processed crap food that I love to eat.

I am 5'7" and my goal is 140, lowest I would go is 135. It really depends on your body type, how much muscle you have, body fat, personal preference. I would focus less on the actual number and more on how you feel and look, that's my plan when I get closer to goal.

This breaks my heart. I want you to know that feeling isn't about your size, it's about your self worth. So please as you change your life, be proud of who you are and love yourself. *hugs*

I do track on both sites because I like it, something to do if I'm bored. I do find that MFP has a much better food databank so if I can't find something on the WW site, I can come here and find the info needed to calculate points for WW. I find that I can stay within my points or calories or both, but if I am not eating…

My sister posting a very unflattering picture on facebook of me, taken at the family Christmas party. I thought I looked pretty good in the outfit until I saw that picture. It was the wake up call I needed although I still think Sis is nasty for posting it LOL

Any time I see someone who is over weight that is running, I think good for them! I always love to see anyone doing something positive for themselves or others :)

Such a difference already! Keep it up :)

Wasn't sure I was going to get it but I did in the end! Looking to up the intensity of my workouts next week :)
