I am on week 5 and love it! Seeing great results too!

We have given her something to think about. It is hard to post on here and leave yourself open to others opinions. I think she is brave and will figure this out.

@bannedword You could use some compassion and kindness in your wording and people would likely be more receptive to your opinion. A lot of people have medical issues that make them "special little snowflakes" as you put it. As for the OP, I'm sure there is a reasonable explanation for your weight gain. As previously…

I'm resetting too! I've started and stopped more times than I can count but I figure as long as I keep starting again, eventually I will succeed! You can do it!

Hello, I am 41, I live in a small city in Ontario, Canada. I am a single mom to a 5 year old. I am currently unemployed and the stress/depression of losing my job and trying to find a new one had me gaining 20 lbs this winter, added to the 30 I already needed to lose. Biggest I have ever been! Not good (and none of my…

I love this thread! Congrats for successfully focusing on the good things in your life and for carrying on even after you met your goal!
-
I love your honesty and humour! Great job!

My goals for this week are to log my food, and not eat after 7pm to prevent late night snacking! I also plan to workout at least 3 times per week, hopefully more.

Any loss is better than a gain!!!

Hi Everyone! I have stopped and started so many times! So I'm looking forward to consistency and motivation!

I'm 41 and have about 40 lbs to lose. I decided today that enough is enough so I'm happy to find this thread of like minded people! I would welcome friends who have a positive attitude towards life

You look great and have managed to get into shape in such a short period of time. Be proud of yourself!!!

I'm sure there are many others just like you, they simply haven't seen the post or they are not as brave as you in revealing the details of their journey. Keep up the great work!

Great story! Thanks for sharing!

Insanity is not going to help you build muscle, it is mostly cardio. Shaun T did not get his body by doing his workouts alone. Have you considered Les Mills Pump? I have heard great things about that one!

This is a separate challenge that some of us chose to do for added motivation. If it is not something you like then you could just ignore the "survivor" discussions and enjoy the support in the other postings.
