Great job on the charts Dellmech! And I love the exile Island idea, after all this should be fun and motivating :)

Sounds yummy and easy, I am definitely trying this one!

My trick is eating soup for lunch. I usually add in leftover meat, veggies or beans to my favorite Campbell's soup, making it a hearty, low-cal, nutritious lunch that really keeps me satisfied all afternoon. It works for me. And I track everything I eat!

Those 6 minutes flew by! I liked it, although I really suck at planks!!!! LOL I think I will try to work this into my (non-existent but trying to create one) routine a few days a week. Thanks for the link!

I am going to move more. Some days cardio, others maybe not but some type of purposeful exercise. I have to cut out candy completely because I get really out of control with it. I am going to do my best to make healthy choices everyday, while accepting that not all my choices will be perfect.

During these 50 days I would like to lose 15 lbs, get back to planning and eating healthy meals, and workout at least 4 times a week. I really struggled with overeating in the last part of 2012, as a result, I gained back most of the weight I had lost. I will not make the same mistakes this year!

This is an awesome thought! You look amazing! Congrats on all your healthy changes!

try focusing on what you can do. Exercise. Control your portions and let go of the idea that it is more expensive to eat healthy. Homemade dishes made with whole foods ( as in unprocessed) tend to have more servings, freeze the leftovers for quick meals in the future. Good Luck!
