  • I am trying to only weigh myself first thing Monday mornings. Before eating or drinking anything. Your weigh fluctuates daily and I have found that weighing myself in the evenings didn't work as I had been eating during the day. At least in the morning there is nothing in my stomach to add to my weight.

  • If your clothes are fitting better then you are doing a great job. The reason for not losing any weight would be that you are gaining muscle which weighs more than fat. In the last 2 weeks, I lost only 3 pounds (I think), but lost almost 7 inches. My clothes are fitting better now. Just give it some time and you will start…
  • Brush your teeth after eating. You will be less likely to want to snack in the evening (don't want to get your teeth dirty again). I have also found that eating 6 small meals a day (I break my breakfast into 2 meals, but have it under 1), I am less likely to snack in the evening. Full from my day.
