I used to weigh myself everyday and it would drive me nuts, due to the fluctuations. Now I am weighing myself about 3 times a week (Monday, Thursday and possibly Saturday). There are times I forget to weigh in on the weekends. It took time to get away from the scale on a daily basis, but I like the 3x per week.

I'm in! Might even be able to get the family to do this one. Since I don't eat very much fast food, I will try to go without my Starbucks and Second Cup....I have a weakness for Lattes.

I made it to L1D5 before I had to stop.....I didn't realize how out of shape I am. The reason I had to stop was because of my knees.
