I have a Polar FT7 and I LOVE it. I haven't had any problems with it at all - and considering the brand name and what it does..it was a great deal.

I'm a success story! I finished a few weeks ago and now I consistently run between 10-15 miles per week. I'm training for my first 10K now, so this program really works!

I finished it two weeks ago and signed up for a 10K (the race isn't until April) over the weekend. I'm giving myself a few more days of this 5K pace..and then it's back to training!

I do TurboFire in the afternoons on my running days (I do C25K at 5:30am) and on my off days I do whatever TurboFire workout is on the schedule and then go to my apartment's gym and do weights. The only rest day I ever take is Saturday.

I live in Texas and by around 10am..it's already too hot to do anything outside! So I get up at 5:15 every morning and do my workouts Monday-Saturday. I love having everything done so early in the morning so that I don't feel guilty about being lazy the rest of the day.

Monday/Wednesday/Friday - I do C25K (roughly 30 minutes) Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday - I do a workout video (doing Hip Hop Abs right now) for 30-45 minutes and lift weights for 15

You go girl! I'm doing Turbo Fire as well - but only on the days that I don't do Couch to 5K. Since I'm not doing it every single day, I just skip the duplicated workout each week.

I just did 45 minutes of TurboJam Turbo Scuplt and Day 10 of the 30 Day Shred. So glad to finally be saying goodbye to level 1!

Thank you so much everyone! I'm doing the 30 Day Shred (today will be Day 8) with 4 days of additional cardio per week..so I'll have some official measurements at the end of the month!
