We make homemade icecream(Gelato). We use a Vitamix blender and only use frozen fresh fruit. Nothing else. It turns out great and can be made in under a minute.

We use a Vita Mix blender. We chose it over a BlendTech mostly because of the tamper. With a Blendtech you dont have one. The tamper makes it so much easier to shove frozen fruit onto the blades. Looks like you are making really good choices for what you are eating. I would add a few whole food green smoothies as snacks in between meals. ie: what I had for am snack today. My diary is open also. The bananas, pineapple, and strawberries were frozen though. I did not add any water to the smoothie.

I believe the FDA changed there maximum recomended amount to 1500mg. You should not exeed that amount IMO. If you eat alot of fruit and veggies you will get plenty of sodium naturally. ie:Spinach has a smalll amount of sodium per serving

We drink whole food smoothies 3-4 times a day. It is a great way to get those veggies ya just cant seem to eat.

It is also said that it is better to eat a living plant. As sprouts continue to grow after harvested. We have started sprouting Broccoli. It is one of the most healthiest things to eat. Just adding it to out green smoothies daily.

Lunch for me today is gonna be 2 bananas, 4 strawberres, 2oz fresh spinach, and a Large slice of fresh pineapple with core(blended). Followed by 16oz water.

Your best bet for tracking weightlifting calories would be to use some sort of heart rate monitor. They will track more accuretly than the site will.

Honestly weight is just a number. What was your body fat percentage when you started? You may have gained some muscle instead of loosing weight. Or you could have gained a bit of water weight. I would not worry about a 3-5lb fluctuation.

I record mine and my wifes weight everyday. We also understand that our weight may fluctuate from time to time due to water retention. But I believe that since we have been drinking at least 8-12C water everyday and watching out sodium intake that should keet the water retention somewhat in check. And make sure you weigh…

My wife and I add it to our green smoothies in out VitaMixer, grapes 50g 100g fresh pineapple with core 1/2 orange 1 bananna 15g cabbage 50g Kale 50g Organic Spinach 15g organic carrots 15g yellow squash 1 whole skinless Kiwi 1cup water 1 cup ice Blend away. Makes around 2 20oz smoothies. We do 1 to 2 of these a day.
