  • No you are still building. I would just make sure you do a good warm up. Maybe a bit of cardio before your workout, And strech properly. You may eventually get to where you no longer hurt at all for some of the time.

  • Your protien goal is pretty high IMO. You could easily cut that by 30-50g and still be fine. My goal is around 50-70g a day. I get most from a plant based diet with cashews for the fats.

  • From what I have read is that HRM's that use a chest strap are considered medical grade equipment. They are much more accurate than the wrist ones or the contacts that are on a machine.
  • I just did a 10k on my Octane Q47i today. It took my just under 42 minutes. Avg HR was 168. My polar said I burned 429cals. Which I feel is rather acurate. I think it would be really hard to do 15+ cal a minute. Unless you are way overweight. just my $.02

  • Natural sugar will keep you fuller longer than processed ones. I would just watch anything with sugar added.   • What is your sodium intake on a daily basis. If you consume too much you may retain water that way also. Another thing is if you dont eat enough you body may go into starvation mode....
