That happens to me sometimes also. I feel miserable that I cheated on my diet, but then I wake up and feel more motivated because those dreams get my cravings out of the way!

Looks like an entirely different (and attractive) person! Keep up the good work!

Hey, I'm 19 and have been yoyoing between 10lb loss and gains for a while now. I can never seem to stick to a diet for very long 5'6 CW:165 GW:140 I'll see if I want to lose more from there, but I do have a pretty solid muscle base. I love to work out, but I also LOVE to eat. I try to keep it at 1400 calories a day, but…

Yup, sitting at about 165 at 5'6. I'm at college and while my meals are healthy, after the dining halls close I have to scrounge up the most random junk food when I'm hungry :(. Looking for motivation and friends.

They dragged me to olive garden right after work, so the hunger made me shove down bread sticks. ive also had cake and ice cream. for a couple days last week I was very discouraged, so I…

Congrats biggest losers! Wooh! That is some real motivation. Going to work out right now. There are a bunch of marshmallow cookies that my family has been snacking on lately, and I'm trying my hardest to resist. I was going to eat some, but then I saw they were 120 calories per cookie! Looking at the spreadsheet, it turns…

SW:163 CW:162 I was actually pretty diligent about exercise, did almost every day. New exercise is elliptical. I don't know if I got enough water, tried at least to drink more. The problem I had was staying under calories. I was pretty good most of the week until two days ago. I just wanted to eat a lot, or I didn't track…
