Do you have to go to La Tasca? It really isn't very goor or even remotely genuine spanish food! Plus nothing is prepared fresh..... so nothing there is really very good for you I'm afraid!

Also I was wondering whether there were many more in detailed recipes? I don't tend to buy ready made dressings or seasonings!

Hey, plateaus are annoying and I'm sure people have mentioned NSVs- size, dress size, measurements, feeling better, developing muscle etc etc. I plateaued for about 3 months but I persevered and it worked :) and I'm now dropping slowly again!

As others have said.... exercise is exercise! If you want to loose weight, you need to change your habits and make sure you increase the exercise you're getting. If you put the effort in, than Wii/ X-box games will help on your goal to fitness, if you take them seriously. If you want faster and more noticeable results,…

Oh should have read this! Exactly this! They cooked for well over 30 mins but still not solid! I greased the paper and they still stuck!

I tried these today (put a little white chocolate- naughty!) and some pecans in. I can't get them to go solid like cookies! I'm hoping whilst they cool they will get a bit firmer as they're currently very soft (and nommy, just tired one!). They've also stuck SOLID to the greaseproof paper, despite me greasing it! D'oh!

I'm 5ft 10in and also currently about 71.2kg ( been up to about 76kg). I'm "sporty" type- broad shoulders, wide hips but still relatively slim (but I've always had an active life). Holla! I used to have a VERY active job, but actually, the majority of it involved walking and cycling, which I was logging seperately. I then put it down to "moderately" active as I was on my feet a lot, if not actually exercising! :)

I love swimming, it's great for toning, burns a lot of calories (note: this is only if you swim with intent when you get the to pool, not floating around keeping your hair dry whilst having a gossip in the shallow end and going for a latte afterwards!!!), and it's non-weightbearing so it's good for your joints too!

I'm british and so therefore not used to what americans call "bread"- over processed, soggy sweet thing. Therefore I tried subway once and thought it was disgusting. I recently needed food at a train station and subway was the only thing open. I bought one and ate the inside as the outside was so disgusting.

Bad news guys.... I followed the advice but neither of us liked it too much. The flavour isn't bad, its just too intense! I think if I'd just used a small amount and chopped it smaller, there would have been more crispy outside bits which were the nicest! I would cook it again, but as a flavour rather than the staple…

Sounds great! The Liver is currently soaking in milk and I'm looking forwards to dinner tonight. That is providing that no-one throws themself under any of my trains today and I can get home in time to cook it!

No problem! I think you've got it in a nutshell- it's about the small every day changes we make to our lives. Everyone has 20-30 minutes to go for a walk no matter where you live or how busy your life is :)
