Today I learned, when I am feeling lazy to exercise, think about why you want to be in shape and tell yourself just do it for 15 minutes, then add another 10 and another 10.

I am also eating healthier, and drinking my 8 glasses of water a day. So right now the important thing is to stick to the plan and not fall back into lazy mode
