My calorie count was too low, too. I think it was 1300 and I just couldn't maintain that so I put in to lose 1 lb every 10 days and that worked out better for me. Here's a tool for exercise calories, see if you like it: http://www.fatburn.com/free_tool_activity_burn.asp Good luck

Protein definitely helps me. Peanut butter, cheese and nuts plus a little more meat at meals. I was eating only 4 oz of meat at suppertime but would be starving by 9pm. Now I'm trying 5 to 6 oz. and am finding it holds me 'till the morning. The Frigo lite mozzarella cheese sticks are awesome and I love "Better Than Peanut…

Oh yeah, I was exhausted the first few weeks! You'll adjust eventually. I find protein helps. Try to up your protein anyway you can and see if it helps. Taking naps is great if you can. Give yourself a break and enjoy it :-)

I just hit 50 lbs, too!! Doesn't it feel great? I have 40 more lbs to go. Imagine how we'll feel when we reach goal. You look fabulous and you'll find that you are motivating others (including me!). Enjoy!!!
