  • Any Fresh Fruit/Veggies Yogurt in moderation since its right full of sugar. I am a huge salsa lover- Trader Joe's has a corn & chile tomato-less salsa that is to die for. believe it or not- rice cakes, i love them. A lot of people don't.

  • Thank you all for the suggestions. I'm definitely going to try to incorporate more raw veggies in my diet as i'm definitely lacking. I do eat back exercise calories most days (most if not all) so I know that's not the issue. You guys are awesome :)
