Nike+GPS Iphone App or??
I've been using the Nike+GPS app on my iphone to track my distance, but I've found it's way off. I did two runs last week that were similar, but one was clearly about a half mile more, in which it said it was a half mile shorter than the other... Not helpful at all. What's not working for me?
Age: 25 (almost) Height: 5'5" Weight: 180-ish MFP has me on a 1200 cal diet to lose 2 lbs a week. My goal is to look better, not necessarily lose a ton of weight. (wedding in 5 months) So I'm not really strict on 1200 (meaning if I hit 1400 one day in the week, I don't kill myself for it) I have not taken my measurements…
