  • It just occured to me that you are following a plan...no plan here, just trying to do 100 "yogic" pushups as quickly as possible (2-3 days). a yogic pushup=lie on stomach and place hands under shoulders--elbows back--not out to sides. I think the elbow position is the major difference, I'm lowering to about 2 or 3 inches…

In the winter when i can't get on the bike or run when it's snowing, I get up early and get on the bike trainer in my house, which makes early am workouts easier, but my preference is to workout during lunchtime or just after work 5-6.
