Once you get past the "I have to's" you will start saying "I need to." I have to put my foot down to take a day off! It does get easier!! The endorphins alone make it worthwhile.

i count dog walks and lunch break walks but others I don't. cleaning should absolutely count, but I don't count it.

I agree with most of the posts here. Some nights I'm lazy and just cut up a cucumber and a tomato and a handful of carrots. I call that salad! I just searched this topic and I get this too...over on protein, under in calories. I don't think this site accounts for heavy physical activity or exercise! That's my take. Just curious, are you doing better now? Or in the same situation?
