I am just the same. I would love to be able to run. I go to the gym 5/6 times a week. I use the bike and cross trainer, and my fitness has improved a lot. I have lost 19lb so far but it's been very slow, so think jogging would maybe help speed things up a bit. I can jog for about 5 minutes before i have to stop and walk…
