I think you will be ok. I just ran a Half yesterday with my long run being 10 miles. Trust the training you have done before the Strep throat and just do your taper runs. I think you will be fine. I run without music as I believe it could be a SAFETY issue for me. I may not hear someone coming or more importantly may not hear something dangerous around me that I do not see. Even if it affects your rhythym I recommend trying to relax without the music, in my opinion.

Whenever I see that an upcoming race has lots of hills I try to get out and do hill repeats. If you do not have proper hills in your area I hope that you can get to a treadmill to simulate hills. Try to relax and know that that toe will be fine as long as you give it time to heal. Injuries have a habit of becoming big problems ONLY if you get impatient. There will be many races for you to run so be wise about the injury !
