  • Hi everybody, I'm new to this forum. I am 44 years old with 4 kids (26,18,17,7 years old). I want to lose 15 lbs and need all the support I can get. I work out 5-6 days a week. I mix hiking, Zumba, insanity and other videos. Food- is my problem, LOVE sweets/carbs.
