  • I am thinking the tea I drink.... is zero cals since I usually use a white or green tea with only sweetener if anything in it. If I do put milk or if I am being decadent creamer I do not count it as water. As for pop or other carbonated drinks I never count them. I usually make a pot of tea in the morning and one at night…
  • My goals are to keep under my calorie count and do at least 1/2 hour of walking or more a day. Have to be really good this week to prep for RT next week because I know it will be hard to keep in line then. :happy:
  • Sure Monica.... I have one in grade 7 who gets bullied a lot because he is not an athlete like his brothers and he has a learning disability which has stilted his reading abilities. I can always use a cheerleader too.
