Water aerobics is amazing!!!! definately try it!! great workout and great resistance! you burn lots of calories and its easier to move because the water supports your weight. Its very good for people with lots of weight to lose and/or with past/present injuries. Go for it ladies!!!!!

My personal favs are zumba and water aerobics!! Both burn tons of calories and they are super fun!!! In zumba it doesn't really matter how u look or how great your are doing the moves...just long as you're moving!
