I generally do yoghurt, fruit (apple/banana/blueberries etc), sultanas, muesli/granola and a little bit of honey.

ahhh I completely agree on the smell of fish and chips! My house at uni was just around the corner from one and walking past it was a killer!

It depends what I'm doing. I like to run first thing, and run up to 8 miles without having eaten anything. I just don't like the feeling of food in my stomach before running and I'm not going to waste precious sleep time getting up to eat and then sit around for an hour and a half! There are a zillion studies on the area…
