In my opinion you need to eat to lose. If you are in that big of a deficit on a daily basis my mind tells me your body is in starvation mode and this might lead to (if it hasn't already) slow or no weight loss. I was just there a few weeks ago and while it was awesome to see fruit and water stands mixed in with the unhealthy ones it was difficult to get a healthy meal! Exercise! This will give you more calories to consume! I also try to keep my meals around the 300 cal mark and I eat a lot of veggies and fruits for snacks.

Most definitely add them! They are fat, calories, carbs, proteins and nutrients. I say log everything - even the cheats (even if they put you over) - otherwise how can you really be accountable?

Find healthy substitutes like fruit and have a couple of small servings throughout the day. Sugar free gum can also help curb the cravings.

More than likely you aren't gaining 2-4 lbs a day unless you are eating an excess of thousands of calories. I'm a weigh myself daily kinda gal as well but I do it more to see if I consumed too much of something the day before...I.e if I consume too much sodium the day before, didn't drink enough water or had a few too many…

Do you like veggies, fruits, nuts, beans...you get the picture...and do you like to cook? If not I wouldn't recommend it or you may just fall into the empty carb pit and then no becoming vegetarian wouldn't be healthy nor would it help you lose weight.

What works for me is eating more complete meals - i.e a lean protein a veggie and a cab every meal and go heavier on the veggies - I have found that this really helps to keep me fuller longer. I also add in a few veggie, fruit snacks or a harbored egg in between meals and this helps to hold me over till the next meal. You…

Red wine but ditto above...make sure you measure it - 5ozs is between 100-125 cals depending on the type. Vodka with soda water and a lot of fresh lemon/lime is a good bet as well but vodka still has about 70 cals an ounce so if you like stiff drinks this can add up really quick

Hard boiled eggs, veggies like celery, carrots, cucumbers - these are especially fun because they are crunchy - fresh fruit...these are my favs! I also usually find that when i eat a nice balanced meal - lean protein, carb veggie and fat - it keeps me fuller longer. Good luck!!!

It might be - you have to eat to lose - sounds so contradictory doesn't it! What is your weight loss goal? I know what is really working for me is eating every couple of hours and eating a lot of fresh veggies, lean protein, healthy fats and fruit.

I was having a blast on mine until I tweaked my knee and my ankle on it - If you decide to start, I would recommend that you start out slowly and work your way up to more strenuous twisting and jumping so you dint injure yoursel like I did!

I personally stay away from artificial sweeteners and opt for some fresh lemon or lime if I need to add a kick to my water.
