Losing pounds, not inches?
I have been eating better and exercising for just about 2 months and I've noticed that while I'm down 23 pounds (woohoo!), I haven't lost that many inches. I am eating about 1,200 net cals a day (doing about 500 in exercise and eating most of the cals back but but still keeping at my 1,200 goal) and I am focusing my foods…
