TGIF all! I did 30 minutes of Power Sculpt & 20 minutes cardio. Weigh in this morning revealed a three pound loss so I'm stoked! Good morning all! I did my Biggest Loser DVD's. I really enjoy the workouts. I measured myself yesterday and I'm down 3.5 inches in three weeks-34 total since 11/19. I also hit my Valentine's Day goal weight this am. 11 pounds to my final goal! I upped my calories from 1200 to 1400. I wanna see if it gets me back on track…

As of this morning, I have lost 57 pounds and 34 inches. I started my journey in September. I have gone from a size 20 jeans to a size 12 and have 12 pounds to lose to reach my goal.

Hi all! I guess I should have listed another of my goals as taking my weekends off from exercising. I am consistant Monday through Friday so unless something comes up, I will not be exercising on the weekends. Happy Sunday all!

I'm going to be realistic and set two goals for myself. One is to continue to exercise at least 5 times a week for 60 minutes. I will continue my Biggest Loser Cardio & Sculpt until Easter. The other goal will be to weigh myself only once a week-Friday mornings. I'm not going to set a pound goal this time. Good Luck…

Hi Niccole. I've thought about trying the Dance Videos too. We used to line dance back in the day and it was great exercise. They say as long as you're moving.... Today I did the BL 50 minute power sculpt & 8 miles on my bike at 22 mph. Love the calories burned at that mph! Great Day All:flowerforyou:

I took today off! I looked back at my exercise journal & this is the first day I haven't exercised since before the beginning of the year.
