It has been snowing here in upstate New York since 9:30 am yesterday so shoveling will be included in my calories burned today....about an hour's worth. I also did Hip Hop Abs Cardio & 20 minute Pilates.

We woke up to almost 8 inches of new snow so I got in 60 minutes of shovelling & did Turbo Jam cardio party. Happy New Year all!

I'm with you Razboo. I need to know & I can pretty much see what certain foods do to my progress. Loss boosts my moral & keeps me honest & a gain makes me feel the need to work harder.

On 12/18 I was 195.6 & 193.8 today. Definately going to keep up with the Pilates & Hip Hop Abs. I'm gonna try Turbo Jam after the holidays. Switching things up exercise wise does work! Merry Christmas All! May all of your wishes come true:drinker:

Good morning all! With all of my shopping done, I have committed myself to push a little harder so that I can relax & enjoy my family on Monday night and Tuesday. I just posted on Friday that I seemed to have overcome my plateau & lost two more pounds. I, too, am eating 1200 calories a day with extra for exercise. Sometimes I eat the extra, sometimes I don't. I don't feel deprived, actually I feel GREAT. My LIFESTYLE change will be permanent once I have lost the weight I want to. I've lost 43 pounds since September at a rate of 1-2 pounds a week.

I will definately meet my goal today. I was up and shoveling at 4 this morning with more to follow. I did my Bowflex routine, Hip Hop Abs Fat Burning Cardio & rode my stationary bike for 7 miles. Looks like I will have burned over 1300 calories by dinner....:wink:

I'm spending my "snowed in" day baking with my four-year old son. We have made muffins, fudge(three kinds), oatmeal scotchies & gingerbread men. I'm happy to say that I didn't even lick a spoon!
